The contractor shall provide support to the Electronic Test Division, Redstone Technical Test Center, U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, for the testing and evaluating (including modeling and simulation) of weapon systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components, and other associated items. Contractor support shall consist of all labor, equipment (hardware and software), test fixtures tools, materials, transportation and incidental support necessary to perform tests and evaluations, and other associated activities scheduled to be conducted by the Subsystem Test and Analysis Branch Component test and Surveillance Branch, and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Test Branch of the Electro-Mechanical Test Division. Support shall also be provided to the Redstone Technical Test Center Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Group. The contractor shall satisfy all personnel requirements such as experience, training, medical examination, licensing and security clearances in providingqualified personnel for each required position. This effort is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that a site visit of the government facilities will be conducted after the solicitation is issued. The proposed requirement is for a basic effort and option for the first year and four additional option years for a total five year period of performance. It is anticipated that this effort will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term (Level of Effort) contract. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8731 (1000 employees).
