EPA's National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Technology Transfer and Support Division (TTSD) has a need for writing services to prepare a chapter on free water surface (FWS) constructed wetlands for muncipal wastewater treatment. The services shall include production of a draft chapter for peer review by the U.S. EPA and incorporation subsequent commments into a final version in both hard copy and specific electronic formats. The period of performance is estimated at 18 weeks form the date of award. EPA intends to issue a request for a written quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date for this simplified acquisition is 7/21/97. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which will be considered by the Agency.
