The US Army TACCOM-ARDEC is issuing this market survey to seek qualified sources to provide engineering support services to the Engineering Data Management Directorate (EDMD). EDMD is responsible for the repositories housing the Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for the major weapons systems, both hardware and software. The qualified source is required to support EDMD in migrating its Engineering Data Management Systems Computer Aided Requirement System (CARS) Tracker System to be compatible with common World Wide Web browsers, such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. The CARS shall run in a Sun Cluster Environment hosting the Hypertext Transport Protocol Daemon (HTTPD) server. Any interested party should submit information and data to the US Army TACOM-ARDEC Acquisition Center, Building 9, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, Attention: Ms. Patricia Hulvey.
