S -- REPAIR OF HVAC CONTROL SYSTEMS SOL N62467-97-Q-2365 DUE 062797 POC Mary Dumas, Contracting Officer, 817/782-6266 The contractor shall provide all material, labor and equipment to perform the repairs described in this specification. The contractor shall repair, rebuild, or replace items and perform recommended repairs or procedures as outlined in the attached discrepancy report. Most discrepancies are in the pneumatic and electrical control loops. The contractor shall also perform a systems operation test and balance on all pneumatic and electric controls devices according to the sequence of operation after all repairs have been made. The contractor shall insure that the equipment is operating as intended by installation design and manufacture's guide lines. The contractor shall be required to provide new schematics of the control system and train public works HVAC personnel by walking through and explaining sequence of operation and functions of various control devices and components of each building. The contractor will coordinate with government representative for date and time of training session. (0150)
