Construction of the temporary carrier unit will include concrete placement, electrical, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry and all tasks set forth in the construction documents and specifications, dated 02/28/97. The estimated construction cost range is $500,000.00 to $700,000.00. The performance period for the contract will be 150 calendar days.
