Pre-solicitation notices were issued 27 May 1997. The proposed acquisition listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Interested SB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate intrest in the acquisition by providing written notice to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone number, point of contact and contract numbers) and a positive statement of eligibility as a small business concern, evidence of capability including experience in the specific contruction area advertised as well as bonding capability.
