Install 8,000 Ft of new 3 phase, 15 KV, 4/0 CU, cable in the duct with 1-1/0 CU, 600 V neutral. Make "T" and splice single conductor, 15 KV, EPR, 4/0 cables, and 350 MCM CU cables. Install 15 KV pad mount -- 4 way switches, pad mount transformers (150 KVA), 600 V secondary cables. Trench 800 Ft. and install 5 inch plastic conduit, concrete encased, and remove 1 concrete manhole. The anticipated bid opening date is 19 August 1997.
