DESC: The government intends to procure the following requirement as a sole source acquisition from Mountain Optech Inc., 4775 Walnut Street, Suite A, Boulder CO 80301: Removable Solid State Memory Drive (P/N: 3232-00) and External Docking Bay for Solid State Drive (P/N: 3850-00). These items will be used in the construction of a hot bench test and development set up to emulate and test the actual flying hardware creating identical functionality between each system being tested. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This award will be issued on the basis of other than full and open competition, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 as stated requirements can only be satisfied by the manufacturer of these item. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued o/a 15 June 1997. Facsimile responses are acceptable and must be received on or before the COB on the closing date stated above.
