The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire engineering and technical services in support of the following aircraft, aircraft weapons systems, airframes, associated equipment and/or other equipment as follows: ejection seats and associated equipment for the EA6B/F14/F18. The proposed procurement is for an estimated 24 man-months of services for the base year and one (1) one year option. This effort will be covered by a new contract and/or a provisional extension to the existing contract. An indefinite- delivery, indefinite-quantity labor hour type of contract is contemplated. The applicable standard industrial classification is 8711. The eventual contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Martin Baker Aircraft Company under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not pay for information received.
