Q -- MOBILE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHIC SCANNING SERVICES SOL RFP 803 DUE 072397 POC Judith Begay, Contract Specialist (602) 640-2079 or Rudolph Buckman, Supervisory Contract Specialist Contractor shall provide Mobile Computed Tomographic (CT) Scanning equipment and support services (utilizing a whole body scanner system) on-site at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ. Contractor shall also provide equipment training for up to four (4) diagnostic medical imaging staff for the base year and any updating training thereafter on an annual basis. Professional charges for ordered services under this contract shall be paid on an all inclusive monthly basis for patients with no third party resource (Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance). Professional charges for those patients with third party resources shall be realized through the contractor's billing of those resources. The CT Scanning equipment must be available to generate scanning images 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The hospital estimates 250 scans for the base year (140 without 3rd party resources and 110 with 3rd party resources), 1st option year estimated at 275 scans per year (155 without 3rd party resources and120 with 3rd party resources and 2nd option year estimated at 300 scans per year (170 without 3rd party resources and 130 with 3rd party resources). The period of performance shall be for one year with 2 one-year options. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
