The Dental Assistant shall perform a full range of dental assistant procedures in accordance with the Statement of Work and all terms and conditions. The performance period shall begin on or about October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four (4) option periods, if exercised by the Government. The Services shall be perform Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 and 4:30, 40 hours per week.
