McClain at (703) 607-6916 DISA intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the Gartner Group to perform an independent assessment of the joint operations planning and execution system (JOPES), and recommend how many data servers are required to support operations and where they should be geographically located. The period of performance for this task is not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of award. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 24 June 97. The anticipated award date is 10 July 97. No verbal requests for this RFQ will be accepted. All requests must be in writing, and must reference the solicitation number in this notice. (0154)
