Acquisition will be three phases. The objective of Phase I is to compare the capabilities of the simulation capability provided by the Joint Modeling and Simulation System (JMASS) to accomplish analysis required for electronic warfare test process. Analysis will consist of determining B1B defensive system upgrade program requirements and in the characteristic of the JMASS simulation environment. Phase II objective is to obtain documented procedures for using JMASS to support electronic warfare test applications as accomplished for B-1 applications. The contractor will exercise JMASS in its fielded configuration, identify any additional shortfalls or recommendations not found during the first objective and record the steps necessary to successfully to successfully execute JMASS simulations. Phase III will extend the work accomplished in phase II to include using JMASS models in all applications required for the EW test process. (0154)
