Non-personal services to provide all labor, materials, tools, testing equipment, transportation, permit, licenses, and supervision necessary to maintain and repair the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment located at various U.S. Army Reserve Centers and Armed Forces Reserve Centers in California, Nevada, and Arizona (34 locations). Work is to include as a minimum, an initial inspection test/visit to all sites, monthly preventive maintenance, semi-annual start-up and shut-down, and corrective service/maintenance of any defective components by replacement or repair. This requirement will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Contract will be for a period of one year with three one-year option periods.
