Principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.1 Provide new 60' x 60' metal building with office and restrooms. 1.2 Provide all site work including roads, drives, parking, concrete pad, grading, and utilities. All work required by the plans and specifications shall be accomplished by the Contractor even though minor items required may not be specifically mentioned in the above listing. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be honored.
