Performance time is 280 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000. A formal Preproposal Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 27, 1997, 10 a.m., at the Courtyard by Marriott, 1672 West Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. A plant walk-through will follow the conference.
