The general intention of this contract is to provide and secure all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision, etc. necessary to perform phased demolition and replacement of roadways, paeking areas, sidewalks, landscaping, drainage structures, site utilities, as well as relocation of the existing electrical power and cable television distribution systems and incidental related work within an existing military housing area.
