Z -- WORK ORDER CONTRACT AT OXNARD PLAINS, CALIFORNIA SOL N47408-97-R-1849 DUE 072797 POC Contract Specialist, Terry Moore, 805-982-2479 The intention of this contract is to obtain maintenance, repair and minor construction services for all facilities and related systems and equipment by issuing task orders against an indefinite quantity contract. Oxnard geographical work area and scope includes: buildings, structures, roads, grounds, wharf(s), housing, streetlighting and installation infrastructure at Port Hueneme, Point Mugu and Channel Islands, CA. Fixed price service call work is that work estimated not to exceed $1,200.00, total labor, material and equipment costs to complete. Costs will be estimated using the Means Facilities Maintenance and Repair Cost Data Book. Work etimated to exceed this $1,200.00 shall be jointly scoped and using the Means Cost DataBooks for New Construction. Award of the Work Order Contract (WOC) will be based on best value. Technical factors include (1) Experience, (2) Project Management/Work Scheduling Methods, (3) Past Performance, and (4) Subcontracting Approach. Technical and price factors are approximately equal in value. Proposed price reasonableness and realism will be based on comparison of offerors indirect rates and profit, as well as percentage discount offered against price calculated using the above Means pricing guide. SIC: 1542, $17.0. Cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This contract will be for a six month period with a option for two additional years.
