SOL GS-03P-97-CDD-1039. DUE 07/24/97. Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations, to Government owned and leased facilities in the states of DE, MD, VA, and WV. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $100,000 to $2 MILLION. The estimated cost of services for construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $2 MILLION. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make three awards to the Delaware/Maryland area and three awards to the Virginia/West Virginia area under this solicitation. Individual delivery orders amy be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. The contracts will be for a one year base period with four (4) one year unilateral options on the part of the Government. The requirement is being solicited through full and open competition.
