16 -- MISSION COMPUTER UPGRADE PROGRAM FOR THE E-2C AIRCRAFT POC Contact, CHRISTINE HILL, Phone (703)604-6100 The Government intends to negotiate with Grumman Aerospace Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714, for the upgrade of an E-2C aircraft. This contract modification will include: (1) One Group (I) to Group (II) upgrade, (2) one standard level Depot maintenance (SDLM) (3) manufactured and install one NAVUPGRADE Kit (4) Manufactured and install one mission computer provisions kit, and (5) associated data. The Government does not own the Level III drawings to allow for full and open composition for this procurement. As the designer and sole manufacturer of the E-2C aircraft, Grumman Aerospace is the only firm with the tooling, requisite skills, knowledge and documentation capable of completing the work within the required timeframe.
