The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for a contractor to design, construct, ship and install a Flexible Grenade Manufacturing Facility in acordance with (IAW) Pine Bluff Arsenal Technical Specification SIOPB-ET-1997-7, dated March 20, 1997, at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Building 33-530. The job will require general demolition work, equipment relocation, equipment relocation, new equipment, new fire supression zones and acceptance testing. Any required site preparation will be accomplished by the contractor. The contractor will provide all materials to make necessary connections to the utilities and services provided by the Government.
