The Handspike, Carriage Assembly, is a six and one half foot long tube with a 2.48 inch diameter at one end, and a 1.94 inch diameter on the other. The handspike is made from steel tubing and consists of four step downs and flanges. Procurement will be a five year, requirements acquisition. Quality requirements are Statistical Process Control and ANSI/ISO/ASQC-9002 or equivalent inspection criteria. Technical data will be provided on CD ROM Disc. For use on the M119A1 Howitzer.
