The government intends to purchase the following under the simplified acquisition procedures: This requirement is for a V-Room practice suite consisting of four (4) modular, relocatable, sound isolating enclosures, two (2) air conditioning units, delivery and installation required. Current practice modules to be disassembled, regasketed and re-located according to original factory installation. Item descriptions are: one(1) each, sound isolating V-Room 10'8"x8'2", Model R080616; one each modular sound isolating V-Room, 10'8"x9'5", model R070816 and two(2) each modular, sound isolating V-Rooms 10'8"x10"8', model R080816. All four rooms have LARES digital signal processing systems with 10 preset acoustic simulation programs of 1 practice room, 3 recital halls, 3 auditoriums, 1 Cathedral, 1 arena and 1 off. Signal processing consists of 12 button control panel, microphones, preamplifier, 213 octave equalizer, LARES processor with four independent outputs and the time variant gain before feedback patented software to minimize the possibilty for acoustic feedback in the system, amplification, speakers and voltage protection. The modular rooms seal to any floor without being physically attached and shall be easily de-mountable and relocated without loss of effectiveness. Interior height of rooms to be 7' 5 3/4". Airborne noise reduction to be NIC 40 from exterior to interior of module and NIC 60 from interior to interior of adjacent module. Sound isolating door to have STC of 43 with a full window. All units are to be Oyster in color with Rasberry color door inserts air conditioning units will be self contained and supply 230 CFM of air to each room to assure proper cooling and air circulation.
