Piunno, Code 02631A, Contract Specialist 703-602-0951 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-97-G-6376 with Hughes Aircraft, Naval and Maritime Systems, 6500 Harbour Heights Parkway, Mukilteo, WA, 98275-4844. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Refurbishments, Installation and Checkout (INCO) Materials, Maintenance Support Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services and Support for the AN/SLQ-48(V) Mine Neutralization Systems. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Hughes Aircraft is the only known company which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
