This requirement includes options for the base year and four (4)
out-years. This item has been identified as having a potential for
significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply
demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be
issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a
minimum quantity of 2, known quantity of 3, and a maximum quantity of
6. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 110 days after
contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The proposed
contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government
intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of
sources. Suggest that small business firms or other interested in
subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make

possession sufficient data needed to purchase this item from other than
