The base period will be 12 months, with one 1 year option. This acquisition will be solicited Unrestricted. The contract type will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed price with special factor added to the weekly market price. Government's required delivery is 3 days after receipt of order. Estimated quantities for base and option year combined is: Group I: 227,000 dozen, Group II: 928,846 dozen, Group III: 452,560 dozen. 25 % of the estimated value of the contract award will be guaranteed for purchases.
