The cylinders are Government owned. It is estimated that approximately 710 cylinders will need to be filled per year. The DRMO will bring approximately 10 cylinders at a time while the other cylinders are being used. Service is to be within a 24 hour notice upon notification by the DRMO. Prospective offerors must be within a ten mile radius of the DRMO Letterkenny since Government employees will be bringing the cylinders to the contractor to be filled. The period of performance will be for one year with four one year options.
