The criteria are as follows: (1) Experience developing marketing and outreach plans for ENERGY STAR labeled consumer products labeled to promote energy; (2) Demonstrated experience and success operating co-marketing campaigns with major retail organizations, specifically for energy efficient products. Such experience must include the preparation of training and advertising materials, organization of retail promotional campaigns for energy efficient goods, and organizing marketing campaigns with the electric and /or gas utility sectors. Successful bidder must have established and on-going relationships with major retailers that would carry such products; (3) Demonstrated knowledge of key distribution channels for energy-efficient office equipment and technologies.
