intends to award a purchase order to the National Academy of Sciences
in Washington, DC for the subject research and analysis report on
seismic signals from mining activities. The report will also address
dissemination strategies to promote mine engineering practices in
support of enhanced Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty monitoring.
Approximately 392 labor hours plus other direct costs for expert
consulting will be expended during this effort. Interested persons may
