The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS)intends to negotiate with the Programs of Assertive Community Treatment, Inc., Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina 29425-0742. The Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a uniquely effective exemplary practice model for providing comprehensive community-based treatment to the most costly and difficult to service among the populations of persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The contractor will develop a report for PACT Program Standards and the development of an exemplary practice model for application into systems care. This award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the pruposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement within fifteen (15) days after the publication of this notice. No SOLICITATION Package is available. If no affirmative responses are received award will be made to the Programs of Assertive Community Treatment, Inc.
