On site maintenance and upgrade of an optical disk imaging system, consisting of a DEC model 5000, Model 200, which integrates the Pix/Tex/EFS (TM) imaging software from Excalibur Technologies, with the data handling capabilities of the Epoch Infinity Storage optical mass storage system. Maintenance of the hardware and software includes field changes orders, minor software patches, software and hardware upgrades of the Epoch Infinite Storage optical mass storage system. Maintenance includes telephone hoteline support of the PixTex/EFX imaging software from Excalibur Technologies, and includes minor and major revisions of the EPS software, configuration assistance, bug patches and operational help. Response time will be the next working day or within 24 hours after receiving a trouble call, whichever is sooner. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7379.
