Santiago, Contracting Specialist, 302 677-5225 Contractor shall provide all plant, equipment, supervision, labor, supplies, services and materials required to accomplish the work set forth herein, in accordance with these specifications and the drawings, and as set forth by the contract. The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to the following: Replace two high temperature -- hot water circulation pumps and motors at Building 617, Dover AFB, DE. New pumps shall be in accordance with the specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for installation of new motors, wiring, controllers, and all necessary electrical appurtenances. The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to provide two fully functional pumps and drive units in accordance with the specifications, all applicable industry standards, and the manufacturer's instructions. Contractor shall mount pumps on existing bases and connect to new premium efficiency electric motors. Contractor shall modify motor shims and mounts, and suction and discharge piping as necessary to accommodate new pumps. Contractor shall supply fully functional pump systems, including all shaft couplings, piping, packing, cooling water connection, gauges, shims, flanges, bolts, nuts, motors, controls, mechanical work, electrical work, and components as necessary for new pumps.
