The work shall include but not limited to mowing of groomed/semi-groomed areas, bush/shrub/tree cutting, fenceline maintenance, leaning of branches, herbicide treatment, application of fertilizer, pruning of deciduous trees and clearing services. The work shall be located on the Island of Guam, central region. The tentative date for issuance of specification is approximately 07/01/97. This date is tentative and is expected change once the specification package is complete. The specification can be picked up from the address in Block 7, first floor, PWC Complex, Bldg 101. A request to participate in this acquisition will be mailed without charge upon request. All requests shall be mailed to the address stated in Blk 7, with the title clearly marked on the request, Attn to Mr. Stephen M. Pastore. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only to establish a list of interested bidders. Upon the completion of the solicitation pkg, those that expressed an interest in the acquisition will be provided a bid pkg at NO charge. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses Concerns. Those prospective offerors who are Small Businesses are invited to participate in this procurement. Bidders are advised that the solicitation is limited and will be furnished on a first-received, first-served basis. These services are to be performed under a Combination Firm Fixed-Price/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term will be for a base and three option periods of up to 12 months each with prices established at award.
