The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, on an unrestrcited basis, testing services to detect antibodies to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in serum and plasma samples provided by Naval Medical Facilities worldwide. The estimated quantity is 800,000 tests per year. The period of performance will be from 01 May 1998 through 30 Apr 1999 with four (4) one year options.A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Type contract is anticipated.
