Perform on-site field reviews of appraisals on an as-needed basis for the HUD Indianapolis, Indiana State Office for a base period of one year with two one-year options. The contractor shall be a state licensed or certified appraiser. The reviewers will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of properties. Two contracts will be awarded as a result of this solicitation to cover the geographic areas of Central and Southern Indiana. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews per contract. The RFP number is R-CHI-00049. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 6531. See Numbered Note 1.
