Davis (402)221-3464 A non-competitive procurement to provide A/E services to complete Title II work on the educational center at William Howard Taft National Historic Site is proposed. The work will be to finalize the 90 percent drawings for the education center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Necessary diciplines are as follows: landscape architects (landscaping around the exterior of the educational center and parking area); architects (complete drawings with NPS comments included); civil engineers (needed cross section of the parking area, surface materials, and groundwater detention device); mechanical engineer (modify drawings to show relocating unit above information desk); cost estimator (provide class A estimate for bidding purposes); specification writer (modify specifications to conform to NPS standards and include comments from NPS review); and structural engineer (modify foundation due to geotech data provided to A/E). Specifications must be Microsoft Work (version 7, 3.5" diskettes) followed by hard copy. Drawings must be AUGOCADD (version 13, 3.5" diskettes) followed by hard copy on mylar with NPS cover sheet to be provided by the NPS. Numbered Note 22 (0155)
