Z-DESIGN, CREATE AND INSTALL FULL COLOR, THREE-DIMENSIONAL COMPOSTION MURAL AT JEFFERSON NATIONAL EXPANSION MEMORIAL, ST. LOUIS, MO Full color, three dimensional, sculpted, mural installed at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, George B. Hartzog Visitor Center, on the facade of the Tucker Theatre, St. Louis, Missouri. This procurement is being considered for a non-competitive procurement with Brickstone Studios of Lincoln, Nebraska. It is imperative that the unique, highly specialized artistic talents be used to match existing color, style/signature, and detail be carried over in the Tucker Theater facade to match currently existing on the Odyssey Theater facade of the George B. Hartzog Visitor Center. The existing sculpture was designed, sculpted and installed in 1993 by the craftsman/sculptor and draftsman/designer at Brickstone Studios.
