Estimated cost of services is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for base year plus two option years. Work consists of providing all services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor, and equipment, except that specified as Government-furnished to provide grounds maintenance services consisting of grass cutting and trimming; edging pavements and curbs; hedge trimming; mulching and weeding of shrubs and beds; cutting and removal of vegetation; soil analysis; aerate grounds, fertilize grounds, apply lime to grounds, overseed grounds, and remove leaves from grounds; removal of fallen trees; prune trees; repair turf; provide erosion control; provide snow removal crew; and provide street sweeping and other grounds maintenance services as specified at the Washington Aqueduct, Washington, D.C. and satellite installation, for a one year period plus two option years.
