The work consists of complete renovation of the existing approximately 77,290 square foot Combined Bachelor Quarters Complex, which includes four (4) connected 3-story barracks buildings (Buildings 394, 395, 396, and 397). Construction will be phased. Specific items of work include site work, paving, landscaping, asbestos abatement, demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, light gauge metal framing, finish carpentry, synthetic stucco, prefabricated metal roofing, built-up roofing, metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, finish hardware, drywall, carpeting, resilient tile and ceramic flooring, painting and wall covering, miscellaneous specialties, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related incidental work.
