ISSUED ON AN "UNRESTRICTED" BASIS INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
The work consists of complete renovation of the existing approximately
77,290 square foot Combined Bachelor Quarters Complex, which includes
four (4) connected 3-story barracks buildings (Buildings 394, 395,
396, and 397). Construction will be phased. Specific items of work
include site work, paving, landscaping, asbestos abatement, demolition,
cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, light gauge
metal framing, finish carpentry, synthetic stucco, prefabricated metal
roofing, built-up roofing, metal doors and frames, aluminum windows,
finish hardware, drywall, carpeting, resilient tile and ceramic
flooring, painting and wall covering, miscellaneous specialties, HVAC,
plumbing, electrical, and related incidental work. For Plans and
