Work includes demolition and replacement of all interior surfaces, air handlers, plumbing and HVAC piping, ducts, ceilings, lighting, controls, latrines, fire systems, for a 2-story building of approximately 43,000 SF. Also included is exterior cleaning of the building and interim renovation and subsequent demolition of 3 small adjacent buildings. SIC is 1711. Work scheduling will vary according to availability of 2 areas in the building where operations will be on-going during the entire contract period.
