This project consists essentially of, but not limited to, approximately 10,300 S.F. of renovation work, including the demolition of the existing Child Development Center, down to the steel frame and the floor slab. New work will be exterior EIFS walls, exterior brick masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing, interior partitions, doors, windows and complete interior finishes. New plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems will also be installed. A limited amount of exterior landscaping is included. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The contract performance period is 360 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
