The system shall generally consists of a new touch screen located in the base control tower cab, a new two-bay control rack with uninterruptible power supply(UPS) backup located in the control tower, new control and monitoring modules for control and for monitoring of an existing generator and control of two traffic stop-go signals in the tower, a fiber optic cable underground link routed through new 4 inch conduits and an existing manhole from the control tower to the airfield vault. The system shall include insulation monitoring and monitoring of percent of lights operating on each circuit. The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000. and $500,000. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submitt an offer which shall be considered.
