47 -- HEAT TRANSFER PACKAGE ASSEMBLY SOL WC1JUA-7105-0001 POC Purchasing Agent Marla Smith (907) 384-7104 (Site Code DAHC76) Heat Transfer Package Assembly to include package "A" and package "B". Each package will be fully self contained and fully mounted and piped. Package frame shall be heavy channel and angle iron construction. Each package shall include a heat exchanger, air separation apparatus, circulation pumps, triple duty check valve, relief valve, reducing valve, temperature and pressure gauges, a steam control valve with honeywell controls and a condensate steam trap pre-piped into each package. Heat exchangers shall be shell and tube type u-bend with removable bundle, tubes shall be 3/4" copper designed for 125psi. The air separator shall be low velocity vortex type. air tanks shall be the bladder type. Heat exchanger shall bare the a.s.m.e. certification. Each package shall be furnished with electrical control panel with fused disconnect. Package "A": Capable of heating 125 gpm from 180 degrees to 200 degrees using 5 psi steam pressure as the heating medium, and with circulating pumps capable of 100 gpm and a 35foot head, 208V 3 phase, 60 hz max. width of 110", max. depth of 48" and max. height of 60". Package "B": Capable of heating 200 gpm from 180 degrees to 200 degrees using 5 psi steam pressure as the heating medium, and with circulating pumps capable of circulating 200 gpm with a 45 foot head, 208V, 3 phase, 60 hz, max. width of 110", max. depth of 48" and max. height of 60". NOTE: Each heat transfer package shall be designed for two circulating pumps with the control panel wired for alternating use of either pump. both heat transfer packages will be set up with four (4) inch supply and return connections. Extra Triple Duty Valves: As separate items in addition to packages, furnish one (1) 3" and one (1) 2 1/2", flanged model straight pattern.
