Computer Sciences Corporation is requesting product information and vendor capabilities for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf(COTS) automated computer product for initiating, approving, updating and deactivating user profile information that can manage computer system access privileges. This electronic tool will be used for validating security issues and in determining how many users are associated with specific systems(hosts, UNIX, NT, etc, applications or networks. The product should also provide electronic routing of new or modified access requests for electronic signature approvals It should also contain an audit trail relative to a user's past and present computer access privileges to include system and application identifications, dates access privileges were established, userID of system or security administrator establishing privileges, userID of manager approving privileges, dates privileges were discontinued, userID of administrator deleting privileges and the level of access granted.
