Bartolomeo (301) 443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with the American Institutes for Research, Pelavin Research, Center for Effective Collaboration and Practice, 1000 Thomas Jefferson Street, N.W., Suite 400, Washington, D.C. 20007 to develop, implement, and evaluate the Partnerships for Health Professions Education (PHPE) and individual HRSA contracts following PHPE principles, structure and methods. The PHPE projects are cooperative agreements and contracts, implemented in Fiscal 1996 and 1997 respectively to establish and test comprehensive, multi-disciplinary model partnership programs in specified geographic areas. This requirement will be for thirty-six (36) months project.. The American Institutes for Research is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 USC 253(c)1. Only one source is available.
