CECOM expects to award a firm fixed price one year contract with three, one-year options for repair services for components of the DEC 3000 Model 500 and DEC 3000 Model 600 workstations. This effort is expected to be restricted to two sources, DEC, Digital Assisted Services, Andover, MA and Decision One-Milwaukee, Menomenee Falls, WI. All sources are permitted to submit proposals in response to the solicitation but must be ready to demonstrate that their products are fully compatible with all ASAS equipment and that they are capable of meeting the 72 hour turn around for repairs. The effort priced by the contractor will be exchange of defective items with a new of like-new replacement item within 72 hours of receipt of item. (0155)
