The scope of work is to operate and maintain a comprehensive healthcare service outpatient clinic for American Indians residing in and about the metropolitan area of Portland, Oregon in accordance with sec. 503 of Public Law 94-437. The anticipated contract is a cost reimbursement contract. The period of performance is October 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998 with four (4) one-year options for renewal.
