The proposed contract is 100% small business set aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affliliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract to be awarded for an initial period of one year. The government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months.
