Phillips (205) 933-4492 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL requires the services of a contractor to design and construct a fully functional Horticulture Therapy Building (Greenhouse Facility) on existing foundations (Concreate Slabs). The gross square footage of the facility shall be 3,456 square feet (2-24' x 72'). Procurement will be by source selection process. Offerors will be evaluated on the following factors in descending order of preference and will be requested to provide information to support these factors: 1) Design Concept (Preliminary Drawings with Description) 2) Past Experience 3) Construction Management 4) Schedule 5) Cost. Estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1542 applies to this procurement.
