The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and services for demolition of a portion of existing fence at new location of Gate No. 2; construction of new road and paving for a new gate No. 2 including handicapped curb ramp at existing sidewalk; construction of new gate house No. 2 including bullet proof glazing and fiberglass armor panels; installation of under vehicle surveillance system for gate No. 2; installatino of computer illuminated liquid crystal display sign (LCD) for new gate house No 1 & 2; construction of new gate house No 1 not including bullet proof glass and fiberglass armor panels; construction of handicapped curb ramp at existing sidewalk at gate No 1. This procurement is unrestricted; but is being issued IAW DFARS 219.72, Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns in Construction Acquisition -- Test Program; women owned and small businesses are encouraged to reply. Estimated cost range is: $250,000 to $500,000. Bid opening is scheduled for 18 Jul 97. Performance period is Sixty (60) days after Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will available O/A 20 Jun 97.
